Case Studies . . .

If you are taking the Crystal Shaman Initiation Program for Certification, you are required to complete 12 case studies, demonstrating your competency in these 5 practices: 1. Disengaging fight or flight and a roots journey. 2. Illumination. 3. Extraction. 4. Soul Retrieval. 5. Divination.

Case study forms will accompany each practice as they are introduced. All case studies must be completed and submitted together to Lori A Andrus by October 31st, 2021.

They maybe submitted through email as a pdf file (email to lori@loriaandrus.com) or a paper document. If you prefer mail, please message Lori for her mailing address.

***Lori will not be providing personal feedback on your case studies. If you would like support or insight regarding your experiences, please bring those to the fb group, to the q+a calls, or to a private session.

Using the adobe reader add text to your Case Studies.

1. Download Adobe Reader.

2. Open adobe reader with the “Start” button on bottom left of screen

3. When it pops up, select “my computer" (assuming you downloaded form and saved it).

4. Click on browse.

5. Select case study to complete.

6. Once form open - on top right select “ Fill & Sign”

7. At drop down select “add text” click on location you wish to start typing.
