How do I easily access the Sanctuary Member's Area after I've joined?
The quickest way to get from your browser to the membership page is to bookmark this link: https://sacredspace.loriaandrus.com/sanctuary-membership-dashboard/
Then each time you want to sink into the Sanctuary, all you need to do is click.
I forgot my Password, so I can't login. What do I do?
- Go to the Login page here: https://sacredspace.loriaandrus.com/login-page/
- Click Forgot Password at the bottom right-hand side on the page.
- Enter the email address you use to log into the site.
- Click the "Get New Password" button.
- Check your inbox for an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
- Follow the instructions and the link provided to reset your password and dive back in.
- Write down your password somewhere safe so you can reference it later if needed. 😉
When is the fresh content available?
On the New Moon, you will receive a message from me with a link to an 'in the now' New Moon message and call to action. On the following Monday, we will gather for a community call where we will sink deeper into that message. This is a time for personal inquiry and shamanic mentoring.
On the Wednesday before the Full Moon, we will gather again for a community ceremony.
Sacred time together is powerful. You will walk away from our community calls inspired and ready to take action towards your next step.
In addition to this, the Sanctuary Library is filled with amazing content to nourish you in many ways.
How do I access the Sanctuary Community Forum?
When you first joined the Sanctuary, you received a separate email with an invitation to join our Community Forum.
The forum is on a separate from the Sanctuary Member's Area, but don't let that stop you from stopping over there to connect with other Sanctuary Members!

How do I change my PAYMENT METHOD?
- Go to the My Account page: https://sacredspace.loriaandrus.com/my-account/
- Click on "My Orders" in the side bar.
- You will see a list of the products and subscriptions you have on the website.
- Select the Sanctuary Membership Payment Plan option.
- Click Update Card to update your billing information.
- When you're finished, click Save. The card you just added will be used for future automatic payments for your subscription.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
The Sanctuary Circle is a year long membership. Your enrollment is your agreement to honor this.
If you choose to pay in full, this is a one time payment.
If you are making monthly payments, you will be billed monthly on the same date as your initial purchase. All 12 payments must be made.
There are no refunds.
I received an email saying that my payment failed. I don't want to lose my access. What should I do?
This typically means one of three things:
Your account has insufficient funds. This happens from time to time. If that's the case, your account and our system will attempt to charge you two more times. If the payment, your membership will stay intact. But, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to collect payment, your membership will be revoked.
Your credit card has expired or canceled. This also happens from time to time. It's just time to make an update. You can do that by clicking the My Account tab in the navigation bar. Once you're on the My Account Page, click My Orders, then click Change Card and follow the steps to update your credit card.
Your bank has flagged the auto-charge as potentially fraudulent. Oops, this too happens from time to time. Just send a little blessing of gratitude to your bank for looking out for you and your financial wellbeing and then let's get that taken care of too.
Here's what you can do: Obviously check option 1 and 2. Then, if you know you have sufficient funds and you know your card has not expired, then your bank has blocked the recurring charge from going through just to make sure it is a valid charge. Call your bank (the number will be on the back of the card you're using for payments) and verify with them that the charge from Lori A. Andrus - Journey Jewels is a valid recurring charge each month. Then you should be rolling again.

What day do I get billed for the Sanctuary Circle?
Your first payment happens on the day you register for The Sanctuary.
If you signed up for a monthly subscription, you will be billed, each month, on the same date going forward.
